When will my order ship?

Any city that is listed as being "available" has already been cut and packaged for shipping. When the order comes in, it will typically be picked up for delivery on Monday or Friday. If it is for an urgent need, contact us at the above e-mail and we will try to get it picked up mid-week.

If you purchased a city that is "sold out", it will not ship until it is available for sale again. The city page will list what the estimated date for that would be.

If you purchased multiple cities, although one flat shipping fee is charged at checkout, they are shipped individually as each city becomes available. We will only hold onto and group orders if requested by e-mail.

 

Where do you ship?

For the moment, shipping is enabled for Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States.

All packages ship via FedEx Ground (Canada/USA) or FedEx International Express (all other countries). 

If you are from a country not listed above, the checkout process will not allow you to purchase. Please email us, and we can provide you a quote for shipping.

 

How much is the cost of shipping?

These are large and heavy packages and the shipping cost reflects that depending on where in the world it is headed. All figures shown are in USD per item purchased:

North America $17
Europe $25
Australia/New Zealand $35

 

 

How can I track my order?

When an item is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email. When the item actually ships, you will receive a second email with a FedEx tracking code attached. That link will allow you to track the progress of your shipment. If you have not received it, please check your SPAM folder or email us.

 

Where does my order ship from?

Toronto, Canada. All packages are fully insured, and we provide instant refunds if it arrives damaged. All taxes/duties are collected at checkout and nothing needs to be paid when receiving the package from the delivery agent.
